This is a reflection of a critical incident that created professional, legitimate and ethical
dilemmas for me as a registered nurse working to support clients in a rehabilitation unit.
The issues that are central to this critical incident are time constraints, resources and, to some degree, a lack of communicating and awareness between professionals and untrained members of the team...
