Abstract
This paper explores the mini case name more or less the plight of women in Korean. This article leads into a discourse concerning discrimination against women and creating a diverse educateforce. After reading about the women in the Korean workforce I was inspired to direct to write about the women in the IT workforce, which is a male rule field. In this paper I will explore the HRM practices and how they set out with the Dell company business strategy. I will reason how hiring and promoting more women in the Dell passel can be a benefit to the business. After which I will spend a penny a recruitment and retention plan for the Dell Corporation that targets employing women in IT. As with every plan, there are obstacles, I will discuss possible potential obstacles that the Dell Corporation might face while introducing my plan. Lastly, I will advise a few HRM strategies that the Dell Corporation could use to rectify the visibility of it women employees.
