My name is Wanjing Yang, and this is the last passage I will take in this school and also in America, so I hope it will be a happy ending. My majors are grocery storeing and commercial enterprise management. According to the textbook, the core competencies are cap efficacy that serves as a source of competitive advantage for a firm e genuinelywhere its rivals.(Hitt, 2009) As human beings, I think it means something you puke do better than the other or some skills you take a shit are special. For me, I dont have a very special talent, but I am frame of creative and rational and I like to think from the assorted angle; I can absorb new things very fast; I like to work with people and shake people; I am always passionate just about what I do. In order to qualify a master key leadership role, I think I have the ability of judgment, insight, inspiration, creative thinking, planning and also develop team spirit.
The companionship I would like to work for after graduation is Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton which is also known as LVMH Group. With a upset of 10 billion Euros this year, it is still present on the main luxury markets in the world, on the fashion and beauty markets and the convocation benefits from a huge portfolio composed by more than 60 brands.



The Group is active in five different sectors: Wines & animate; Fashion & Leather Goods; Perfumes & Cosmetics; Watches & Jewelry and Selective retailing. The group is strong implanted in the United States, Europe and Asia. The American market represents more than 27% of the LVMH turnover, Europe 35% with 14% in France and Asia 31% with 14% in Japan.
