Whenever a company experiences hardships, it is a sign that some (or all) part of the organization require transfer. Organizational variety may recreate purchases of new machinery or developing new marketing strategy. tho no matter what the change within the organization allow for consist of, this process definitely affects people working in the organization. Moreover, it is the personnel that are mostly affected by the change.
The change situation I was involved in was when I worked as a manager in a restaurant-IHOP restaurant. The restaurant was managed by three managers, with a staff of sixteen. The managers each had particular shifts to cover. This is an industry, were deftness is required when providing customer service because patrons expect to come in, reap their meals in a timely manner and get out. The change in this situation came about when the restaurant was sold. The new owner, forrader buying the line of products, worked for six months, as a manager at the restaurant. During that period he observed the operational practice of the business, and reason that for the restaurant to be gain groundable, it had to undergo some changes.



Which was good, because we all have it away change most occur in order to reside competitive in todays market.
However, the issue leave be how to go about changing everything a business stands for, without losing or jeopardize its image. It can be risky, but the salute in implementing this change will guarantee a thriving transition. The decision to change the operation procedure of the restaurant was unaccompanied the new owners. The main intended outcome of the change, was to increased profit and he was determined to achieve it whether intended, partially intended or unintended.
