Problem identification:
I couldnt perform as a project head as it was expected and I drop by the routeside my job. Jerrold and Fester are shocked roughly my behavior. My decision has an allude on the company.

Route causes:
In the first place I got a wrong perception from Jerrold and Fester. I thought that their plan was to replace me. I had insecurities, I could see that Fester was brainy and that he had the approval of Jerrold. I thought he was a threat.

Jerrold thinks that we are doing safe and that Fester is only contri onlying positively to the group with his knowledge. plainly the reality is that the group has stopped working as a group, people is feeling uncomfortable, hes manipulating the group meetings, hes boosting Links work and discouraging and ignoring other group members work.
Im not telling Jerrold what really is going on, so Jerrolds has a wrong perception, and he can not function me.
I dont have the ability to take control of the environment. I havent kept the control of the group.



Festers role in the group hasnt been fit(p) and eventually he had taken the attractionship of the group and imposes his way of working to the rest of the group.

Solutions: What could have I done?
At the beginning when Fester comes to the group I should have asked Jerrold about Fester, what he was supposed to do, what is Festers role in the group. And if not that, at least, I should have played my role as leader of the group keeping control of the meetings, putting Fester in a position where he gives the best of himself to the group but he doesnt spoils the cooperativeness of the group and breaks up the method of work which I have being using and which has been giving me good results in the past.
