In the Elizabethan times, the sighting of the banquos ghost would have unnerved the audience as it had the crowd at Macbeths feast; this is because the sighting of a ghost was linked to the intellect of a physical hell on earth and since they were late religious they would be really afraid. Therefore when Macbeth cries out that at that place is a ghost in their mist, the ghost of Banquo, they suddenly give way anxious and unsure about Macbeth because only he could retrieve Banquo, so they would associate hell and all things evil with Macbeth.
However, straightaway we understand the ghost to be a form of Macbeths guilt to arranging the murder of his friend taking its doorbell on him. This could be linked to Lord of the Flies where the forethought and vulnerability in the younger children needs takes over and they graft their feelings into a physical form in which they feel slight scared and can blame all the bad happenings on.
Although very bad things start to happen as a resultant role of the creation of a beast, such as the murder of Simon and the bolshie of the signal nurture up on the mountain because its something that only comes out at night and accepts a ceremoniously presented sows head which could both be linked with evil.
Another way it could be linked with evil is the brush off of life in both Lord of the Flies and Macbeth; in Jack (lord of the Flies) and in Macbeth (Macbeth), they also only start to lag the value of others lives after they have been responsible for the death of somebody, directly, such as in Macbeth where Macbeth kills king Duncan or indirectly, such as in Lord of the Flies where Jack has been careless with the fire and it spreads across the island, killing a littlun. If you want to get a full essay, order it on our website: Orderessay
