Many plurality think that Anorexia is just a socio-economic class of non eating or starvation. Anorexia Nervosa is an extreme load dismission eating disorder that is not all about starvation. What mountain dont understand is how much effort these victims point into loosing weight; time put into counting calories, vomiting of meals (Bulimia Nervosa) and the hours washed-out excessively exercising to burn off the calories (Anorexia Athletica).  Yet how deign nobody knows where they be getting their tips and tricks? Does anyone know if its truly a disorder or a lifestyle pick? According to diagnosed eating disorder patients there are single two people that know the answers. Ana and Mia are best friends to people with an eating disorder (E.D).

Ana and Mia are the cute nicknames given to anorexia (Ana) and bulimia (Mia) so that anyone can remonstrate about it without anyone knowing what they are actually talking about. Pro-Ana sites is a term used for blogs that were created by and for those with an eating disorder to discuss how to be a founder Ana or to help those recovering from an E.D.
Sites that offer help to conk anorexic often post tips and tricks on how to hide the symptoms of weight loss and often these blogs make the readers believe that they will not be beautiful unless theyre thin.  Most of these sites offer a discussion forum so that people can talk about their anorexia. Pro-Ana means that you agree that E.D is a lifestyle cream and not a disease or illness. Those in abide call themselves Anas.
Most of these sites are open to the public without a password, and most contain Thinspiration â€" photos of emaciated fashion models and celebrities, for example â€" on with tips and techniques for staying dangerously thin.
