Kinta medical examination Centre is one of the partnerships with our company. The management of the shopping center on is very interested about the proper functioning of the medical equipment because the equipment use whitethorn cause serious harm and even death to patients. However, a complaint regarding the go bad of the Magnetic Resonances Imaging (MRI Scan) was lodged by the centers manager. He stated that the MRI Scanner supplied by our company was non functioning properly and has caused some balk in diagnosing the patients. Thus, I was sent to visit the center to investigate the problems and the factors that have contributed to the malfunction of the MRI Scanner for 7 days from 28 June 2012. The information is collected through surveys and interviews with the professions who used the MRI Scanner.
The first problem we encountered is lack of maintenance.



It was found that the provide in the medical center did not check up and clean the MRI Scan as scheduled.
