Essays

I always dreaded turning in essays. I felt as though I never had enough time to do my essay. The truth was, I was scared to even begin to do my essay. Essays were not my strong point. I had so many thoughts, but essays required me to present my thoughts in a structured argument. Whenever I sat down to do my essay, I had no problem writing about what I wanted. However, the paragraphs in my essays always overlapped or were disconnected. When I finished to do my essay, it just didn’t flow.
My teachers’ comments on my essays were always similar and disheartening. Every time that I sat down to do my essay, not matter what positions I wrote my essays from and no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t seem to do my essay well enough for my professors. Essays did not seem to come as naturally to me as creative writing did. Essays required a certain amount of organization that I did not appear to possess. Before I started to do my essay, I even outlined what I would write.
The preparation to do my essay was not a problem. The problem came when I actually began to write. There was so much that I wanted to say and I kept cutting it down. However, the more I tried, the more problems appeared in my writing. I had no one to go to for help and my professors told me that I should know how to write an essay by this point. They were as frustrated with my writing as I was. I felt lost and just began to buy my papers from online agencies. That’s the only option that appeared to work.
