Deforestation Examples

If we start talking about deforestation examples in the world today or in the past, the list might stretch to infinity. The world has come together under various international summits to stem out the adverse effects of adverse weather conditions. Deforestation is known to be responsible for the clearing of major world forests leading to desertification. Such actions have denied such areas of rain and enough food to eat due to poor agricultural outputs.
To be able to marshal the whole world to accept that the best way to go is to preserve our environment and plant more trees instead of cutting the few that we have is not an easy task. There are times when the blame game spirals out of control with the public blaming the government for failing to safeguard forests, selling the timber or simply not doing enough to reverse the deforestation trend.
Sometimes the public also say that they have no option but to cut down the trees so as to create land for agriculture, burn charcoal for fuel or generate timber for construction or selling. None of the arguments are really pressing to warrant any serious attention.
At Orderessay.net, we have several essays that talk about the same issue of deforestation. When you look at issues properly, you realize that the issue of deforestation needs a concerted effort. Governments do not realize that there is need to go beyond just legislating. Prohibiting tree cutting is an excellent move but if the people are not psyched to undertake the same, the whole piece of legislation would be a difficult pill to swallow. The public needs to know that the trees are for their own good because it ensures they can practice agriculture and have a decent environment.
