Goal

GOAL SETTING The two specific areas of health that I would ilk to change are: Moving and Feeling. In order to remedy my moving, I pass on take several steps which entrust help me increase my activity level. As of tomorrow, I will use stairs instead of elevators. Once the spring comes, I will take advantage of nice weather to determine longer walks in the parks. I plan to walk at least 30 minutes every day.
