Education is and always has been a very important eyeshot of my life. I believe that teachers drop the most important job. They are shaping the lives of students whether it is passing on values and beliefs, or teach them about what has happened in the past. Some of my best teachers on the wholeowed us to gear up ourselves in history. I experienced activities through a pioneer Day in third grade, attending plays about diachronic events, or being exposed to events through museums. All students have the capacity to learn and experience a proper education. I figure teachers have the responsibility to pass on what happened in history and create a socially responsible class. Students have to know what has shaped the country and the world they live in. Teachers spatenot attract their opinions on their students. Whether they believe in the event or not, they arse only teach the facts behind a certain event. As a teacher for catalyst change, I think teachers choose to realize that not all students learn at the alike(p) rate or at the same level as their classmates. I find the statistics of treatment of students alarming. I hate to allow in it, but Ive witnessed the types of discrimination talked about in the journals. Ive seen teachers treat the slower students with impatience and intolerance. This really discourages me.

I motive my students to know that they are all important to me. I necessitate to be an unbiased teacher and treat each and all of my students with respect and fairness. I plan to keep up with expert advances to help my students understand the opportunities available for them. Technology has started to play a large role in education. Teachers can communicate with classrooms one-half way around the world. They can present lessons through the computer.
