Thinking Critically Simulation Review

This was a good method of evaluating a problem, but it leaves room for utility by not using troubleshooting tools such as brainstorming, cause-and-effect (fishbone) diagrams, leave out charts, and benchmarking to name a few. While completing the first step in this method, Framing the problem, the simulation asked for critically thinking outside the box to find the root cause of the problem. Sometimes the problem in front of an individual may not be the root of the problem.
