which protects the company from any future legal issues. The fourth agreement is called the
sales and merchandise agreement. In this agreement another marketing company or entity
may be hired to help with the marketing aspects of the company. This type of agreement is
necessary to specify to the marketing entity the dos and donts and what is required of them.
The fifth agreement is the confidentiality agreement. This agreement protects both partners from
divulging any information to third parties and is usually set forth within a given time ready and
